I do not have a PayPal account, how do I pay?
Unfortunately PayPal is the only paying method to buy the book. I only got a PayPal account very recently, it always felt like to much hassle to sign up for. However, I became a quick fan, it’s incredibly easy to sign up and then pay for whatever your wish to buy online. As a buyer, you never pay for using PayPal. And, very important, it is a much safer way than using your creditcard. Finally, even if you don’t own a creditcard, you can still use PayPal even if you only have a debit card. So if you don’t have a PayPal account yet, take 10 minutes to sign up and then I hope you continue to buy the book.
I live in the US and would like to buy the book, paying with US dollars. The price of the book however is stated in Euros, can I still buy myself a copy?
As I am based in the Netherlands and have to pay taxes here, the price is stated in euros. When you use your creditcard or paypal account which uses a different currency, the number of euros will be converted to your home currency and then be deducted. Therefore there is no need to worry about having to get euros to pay for the book. You can check the current conversion rate here.
I bought products from China but I never received them! What should I do?
Whether or not you can still receive the products or receive a refund depends on the supplier. The best thing to do in such situations is to get a Chinese person located in China to either call or visit the supplier, and find out what went wrong. In the book I explain how you can prevent a similar situation to happen again, and under ‘sourcing assistance’ I list contact details of people that can help you in this case. If however, you do not have an address or working phone number, I am sorry to say but it will be close to impossible, even for the best sourcing assistants out there, to help you get your money back.
I want to start importing products from China, and though your book has given me a lot of information I think it’s best I hire someone to ensure everything goes well and regularly check the supplier. Could you do this for me?
It is definitely smart to have someone, preferably in China, to help you when it is your first time to import from China. Currently I am not based in China and do not offer any type of consulting services or sourcing assistance. There are many companies that can do a great job helping you with this, contact numbers are in the book.
I want to read the e-book on my e-reader, can I get an .epub version of the book?
I greatly encourage you to read the e-book on your computer screen or e-reader as printing the 100+ pages of the book can be a hassle, and a costly operation. Right now the e-book is only available in .pdf file, but once the book becomes available in .epub format I will make it available for new buyers and send it as an additional copy, free of charge, to those who already purchased the book.
